  • Shop Pay Installments – Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or choose monthly payment options, with no hidden fees.
  • Afterpay – Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
  • Klarna – Choose Pay in 4 or flexible monthly installment plans.
  • Affirm – Pay over time with monthly installments.

When you pick an installment payment option, you'll be redirected to the provider's platform to complete your application.

Approval, repayment terms, interest rates, and any applicable fees are set solely by the payment provider.

4. Gift Cards

  • Wavytalk Gift Cards can be used as a payment method at checkout.
  • If your gift card balance doesn't cover the full order total, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method, such as a credit card, PayPal, or an installment option.

Important Notes:

  • All payments must be made in full at checkout unless an installment payment option is chosen.
  • Wavytalk does not charge additional fees for using installment services. Any financing charges, including interest or late fees, are set by the payment provider.
  • All transactions are processed in USD. If you're shopping outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may add currency conversion or international transaction fees.
  • We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to help keep your payment information secure.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Credit/debit cards and PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Installment payments (Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm): Refunds are processed through the payment provider, and your repayment schedule is adjusted accordingly.
  • Gift card purchases: Refunded amounts are credited back to your Wavytalk Gift Card balance.

FAQ

1. Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

You can't split a single order across multiple credit/debit cards or combine PayPal with a card for one purchase. That said, if you have a Wavytalk Gift Card, you may use it together with another payment method — such as a credit card, PayPal, or installment option — to complete your purchase.

2. Do you store my credit card information?

No. Wavytalk does not store your full payment details. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed by trusted payment providers.

3. How do installment payments work?

When you choose Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm at checkout, you'll be redirected to the provider's platform to set things up.
Approval, payment schedules, and any applicable fees are set by the provider.

4. Are there extra fees for using installment payments?

No. Wavytalk does not charge additional fees for installment payments. However, depending on the provider's terms, interest charges or late fees may apply. Please review the provider's Terms of Service before completing your purchase.

5. What happens if I request a refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
● Installment payments: Your repayment schedule is adjusted according to the provider's terms.
● Gift card purchases: Refunded amounts are credited back to your Wavytalk Gift Card balance.
